Full Ownership: Marketing, Training, and Delivery
39 vehicles sold on opening day, the majority of them high value units.
The Problem
When Caribbean Automotive Retailers opened their newest flagship store for GWM in Guyana, a multi million dollar investment, the launch needed to land perfectly. I took ownership of the entire commercial journey, from the marketing plan through to delivered sales.
The new flagship dealership was opened with a VIP launch event, requiring full commercial ownership of the project from marketing through to delivery.
The Solution
Eight weeks out, I built and executed an awareness campaign designed to build demand ahead of opening day.
In parallel, I project managed the entire store opening and trained the full team, front of house and back of house, including implementing the new General Manager system, so the store was ready to perform from hour one.
The project included:
- An eight week pre launch marketing campaign, built by me, designed to drive awareness and demand ahead of opening day
- Project management of the entire store opening
- Training of all front of house and back of house staff
- Implementation of the new General Manager operating system
- Delivery on time, to a VIP guest list, on launch day
The Outcome
On launch day, in front of a VIP guest list, the results spoke for themselves: 39 vehicles sold, the majority of them high value units.
That’s not just footfall, that’s the right customers buying the right product, driven by a campaign built to attract them specifically.
On time. On budget. On target.
